Hi, I ’m Shaina Feingold, LCSW , PMH-C

As a therapist specializing in perinatal mental health, I’ve spent years walking alongside women facing some of the hardest moments of their lives. And if there’s one thing I ’ve learned, it’s that support shouldn’t be hard to find. 

Healing shouldn’t feel like an afterthought. You deserve a space that understands the depth of what you’re going through, without judgment, without unrealistic expectations, and without feeling like you have to “just get over it.”
That’s why I built Mindfully You. A space designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you need tools to help you cope, a community that truly gets it, or just a moment to breathe in the chaos. My goal is simple: to create a space where your feelings are valid, your healing is prioritized, and your experience is honored.

No, this app is designed as a supplement to therapy, or as a self-guided support tool. If you’re in crisis, please reach out to us so we can help you get the professional help you need. You can also go to your nearest emergency room.

Is the community private?

Yes! Unlike social media, our support groups are private, moderated by a certified therapist, and judgment-free, to ensure a safe space for healing.

Will this require too much of my time?
