Hi, I ’m Shaina Feingold, LCSW , PMH-C

As a therapist specializing in perinatal mental health, I’ve spent years walking alongside women facing some of the hardest moments of their lives. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that support shouldn’t be hard to find. 

Healing shouldn’t feel like an afterthought. You deserve a space that understands the depth of what you’re going through, without judgment, without unrealistic expectations, and without feeling like "this is just how life is now."
That’s why I built Mindfully You. A space designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you need tools to help you cope, a community that truly gets it, or just a moment to breathe in the chaos. My goal is simple: to create a space where your feelings are valid, your healing is prioritized, and your experience is honored.

Is this replacement for therapy?

No, this app is designed as a supplement to therapy, or as a self-guided support tool. If you’re in crisis, please reach out to us so we can help you get the professional help you need.

Is the community private?

Yes! Unlike social media, our support groups are private, moderated by a certified therapist, and judgment-free, to ensure a safe space for healing. You can also post or comment anonymously.

Will this require too much of my time?

We know your time is limited, and often interrupted. Mindfully You is designed to meet you in those in-between moments; whether it’s during a middle-of-the-night feeding, a quiet minute in the carpool line, while rocking your toddler to sleep, taking a breather after school drop-off, or navigating a meltdown over mismatched socks.
