Is this replacement for therapy?

No—Mindfully You isn’t a replacement for therapy. Therapy is an incredible resource, and many moms find it life-changing. But therapy usually happens once a week (or less), and in between sessions you’re left to manage the spirals, panic, and heavy emotions on your own.

That’s where Mindfully You fits in. It’s support you can reach for in real time—quick relief tools, daily reminders, and (with Signature) direct access to Shaina—so you’re not waiting days or weeks to get help when you need it most.

How is the Signature plan different than individual therapy?

Therapy is an amazing resource, but it’s not always accessible in the exact moments you need it. You might meet with a therapist once a week—or once a month—then spend the in-between time trying to manage everything on your own.

Mindfully You Signature is different. It gives you ongoing access to Shaina through private messaging and personalized reminders, plus monthly calls to check in and adjust support as your needs change. Is the community private?

Yes! Unlike social media, our support groups are private, moderated by a certified therapist, and judgment-free, to ensure a safe space for healing. You can also post or comment anonymously.

Will this require too much of my time?
