Mindfully You is a mental health app and online platform designed to support women in the postpartum period; especially those navigating the emotional challenges that can follow birth. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or simply not like yourself, this space was created for you. Our goal is to make you feel seen, validated, and supported through the messy, beautiful, and sometimes painful parts of early motherhood. Over time, we’ll be adding additional support for other perinatal experiences like pregnancy, miscarriage and stillbirth, but right now, we’re here to hold postpartum moms with care.
