Hi, I ’m Shaina Feingold, LCSW , PMH-C

As a therapist specializing in perinatal mental health, I’ve spent years walking alongside women facing some of the hardest moments of their lives. And if there’s one thing I ’ve learned, it’s that support shouldn’t be hard to find. 

Support shouldn’t feel like an afterthought. You deserve a space that understands the depth of what you’re going through, without judgment, without unrealistic expectations, and without feeling like you have to “just get through it.”
That’s why I built Mindfully You. A space designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you need tools to help you cope, a community that truly gets it, or just a moment to breathe in the chaos. My goal is simple: to create a space where your feelings are valid, your healing is prioritized, and your experience is honored.

Is the community private?

Yes! Unlike social media, our support groups are private, moderated by a certified therapist, and judgment-free, to ensure a safe space for healing.

Will this require too much of my time?
