How do I cancel my membership?

If you subscribed on the website (not the App Store)

  1. Go to www.mindfullyyou.app

  2. Click the log in button at the top right side of the screen (if you are already signed in it will show your profile picture)

  3. Go to the left hand side of your profile homepage and go to “subscriptions”

  4. Then click the “site membership” tab at the top of the page

  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see “Cancel Plan”

For In-App purchases

Apple/IOS

Mindfully You is not able to cancel and subscription payments made through the App Store. You will need to go directly through Apple to cancel your membership. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.

  2. Tap your name.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap the Mindfully You subscription.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Google Play/Android

If your purchase was made through the Google Play store, you can cancel through the Google Play Store directly by following the steps below:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner

  3. Select Payments & subscriptions

  4. Tap Subscriptions

  5. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap on it

  6. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm


What if I cancel my membership in the middle of the subscription period, do I get money back?

Mindfully You DOES NOT offer any refunds. If you cancel your membership in the middle of your subscription period you will have access until your subscription expires. Once it expires you will not be charged for any additional time.
